Free Vision Screenings for the Homeless! The Lions Club is offering free vision screenings and glasses to those who need them. 

Make time to save lives with CNLC! Blood drive hosted by the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Donation Center. Donors will receive a Blood Center T-Shirt, a Black Bear Diner entree voucher, and a Starbucks gift card--plus the satisfaction of knowing they helped save a life!! You must register through the Gulf Coast website!

The 2023 Annual Legend of the Lion Dinner, Dance & Auction is here again! This year's theme is "A Lion's Masquerade"! It will be a black and white ball, so black and white business or festive attire please! There will be live music, great food, and drinks served! Come ready to bid for some great items at our live and silent auctions. Truly a night to remember!

For the February - Service Saturday project we will be a working on thngs for the Texas Lions Camp.  Games to build, bird house pieces to cut out and bag to have ready for the summer camping sessions. Come out and enjoy a little service fun!

Monthly board meetings start at 6:30pm at McKenzie's BBQ in Conroe, TX! All members are invited to join us for dinner and discussions!

Join CNLC at Family Promise as they step out in the community to lend a helping hand to those in need. Each Service Saturday addresses one of the Lions Club causes: Diabetes, Environment, Hunger, Pediatric Cancer, or Vision. This Saturday, we'll be making beds for the children in our bunkhouse at Texas Lions Camp. Wear work clothes, bring your tools, and let's get busy!

This is a rewards program that Conroe Noon sponsors for the students who have excellent conduct and attendance through a nine week grading period. The kids are given this special recognition with extra play time and yummy treats! Lion volunteers are needed to help hand out goodies and congratulate these children on their wonderful achievements; plus it's going to be FUN!

The District 2-S2 Beads & Bling! Annual Convention will be held Friday, April 21^st-Saturday April 22^nd, at the Hilton Houston North! There will be games & dinner on Friday evening, and Saturday will be full of events like Candidates’ Breakfast, a Memorial Service, PDG’s Distinguished Achievement Awards Luncheon, followed by VOTING, a service project, training sessions, and the Governor’s Banquet with International Director Ron Keller!! CNLC will host our club hospitality room on Friday & Saturday evening. It will be a good time for all and we would love to see a large group of members turn out to represent CNLC at the convention.

We are very proud that our nominee Past President Ralph Perez was selected for the PDG Distinguished Achievement Award, which will take place on Saturday at noon. Also, our own Shelia Thomas is running for the position of Texas Lions Camp - Director for the district. Let’s show our support to these worthy Lions! Voting delegates will have the cost of their luncheon meal reimbursed. Voting delegates must be certified, so please contact the club ahead of time if you plan to attend.

Saturday, April 22nd, we're doing a FREE Vision Screening for kids aged 2-14 years of age. This event will be held at Travis Intermediate School from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Lions, this will be a great event for the kids, it's going to be a lot of fun--but we need YOUR HELP! Sign up today!
