As we raise a glass to another fantastic year, our recent banquet reminded us all of the strength, spirit, and camaraderie that make this club something truly special. THANK YOU to everyone who helped make it a night to remember. It has been a year of "True Grit."
Service Saturday - This past Service Saturday, we came together to create care packages for children fighting cancer. Thoughtfully packed these packages will bring a little light to some brave young warriors. THANK YOU to everyone who gave their time and heart to this effort—your compassion is what makes our club 'the GREATEST Lions club in the world.'
NO Club Meeting on July 2nd - There will be NO club meeting on Wednesday, July 2nd, so go enjoy a restful July 4th holiday with your family. Stay safe, celebrate freely, and keep the spirit of service in mind. Did you hear that Ricky?????
Community Partners Appreciation Luncheon - We're closing out the year with our annual Community Partners Appreciation Luncheon, a time to thank those who stand beside us all year long. OurKeynote Speaker will be NFL Coach Tyke Tolbert, Wide Receiver Coach for the Tennessee Titans and proud Conroe native.
IMPORTANT - This luncheon is all about gratitude. Please make our partners feel at home—invite them to your table, offer a warm welcome, and let them know just how much they mean to our mission.

As I wrap up my time as secretary, I want to take a moment to reflect on what truly makes this club strong: you, our members.
Every meeting you attend, every hour you volunteer, every idea you share adds something irreplaceable to this organization. Our mission isn’t just powered by service projects or fundraising goals—it’s powered by people who care deeply about their community and each other.
Whether you’ve been here for decades or just a few months, your presence matters. When members of this club leave, we lose passion, hands, and hearts for service. I am talking to YOU…. Your commitment helps carry our legacy forward.
Please continue to show up for one another. Encourage new faces. Check in on old friends. Because in the end, the strength of our club is not just in what we do—but in who we are.
