As we coast toward Christmas (with full hearts and slightly tired fee), here's what's roaring this week....and what we're NOT meeting about.
CHRISTMAS SOCIAL - WHAT A LUNCH
What fun at the Christmas Social!! Reindeer games were played, laughter was loud, prizes were claimed, and festive chaos was fully embraced. Thank you to everyone who showed up ready to celebrate...it was the perfect Lions-style sendoff for the year!
JINGLE BELL BASH- SANTA’S POSSE DELIVERED
Huge thanks to our Lions who rolled deep as Santa's official entourage during Jingle Bell Bash at Reaves. You escorted the big guy classroom-to-classroom, spreading smiles, cheer, and the unmistakeable message that Santa does not travel solo. The kids were delighted...and yes, we absolutely loved it!
CHRISTMAS BASKETS-SERVICE AT ITS BEST
Major applause for the Christmas Basket Team...the sorters, the stuffers, and the delivery duos who proved that generosity looks a lot like teamwork (and a little like cardio). You turned boxes into blessings and plans into real impact. Well done, Lions!
TEXAS LIONS CAMP - MARK YOUR CALENDARS
Texas Lions Camp registration opens on January, 5th, 2026. If you've sponsored a child in the past, now is the time to give them a friendly reminder and help spread the word. Life-changing experiences start with simple nudges.
CLUB OFFICE - HOLIDAY HOURS
For those mapping out their holiday logistics: the club office will be open Monday & Tuesday on 12/22-12/23 and 12/29-12/30. Emails will be checked periodically...consider it 'vacation with supervision'.
IMPORTANT REMINDER - (AND CROWD FAVORITE)
There will be NO club meetings on Dec. 24 or Dec. 31!
This is your official permission slip to sleep in, eat cookies without judgement, and pretend calendars don't exist until January.

Lions, this season was full...full of service, laughter, big hearts, and moments that truly mattered. You showed up, pitched in, lifted heavy things (literally and figuratively), and made this community brighter in all the ways that count. Now it's time to pause, breathe, and enjoy the magic you helped create.
