A big THANK YOU to everyone who rolled up their sleeves at Service Saturday at Bridgewood Farms. Ground cleared, repairs handled, difference made. That’s how we do it.
Now…buckle up. This week it's ALL about Dinner/Dance & Auction!!
WEDNESDAY = WORK DAY (Not a regular meeting)
This is not your usual sit-down lunch meeting. This is a full-on, hands-on, all-in production day. The truck arrives around 10:00 AM to be unloaded. Immediately following, we’ll have multiple workstations set up:
Room setup
Auction item assembly and placement
Stage build
Entrance décor
Paper stuffing
General organizing
There is something for everyone-guys and gals alike. Bring a few simple tools if you have them. Around noon-ish we’ll pause for pizza. Then we’re right back at it until it’s done. Many hands make light work, and this event only happens because YOU show up.

This is our big night. Cuisine from around the world, beer & wine, incredible auction items, and our favorite “Singing DJ,” Tony Mac. It will be a flyin’ good time... but only if we finish strong this week.
Important Reminders for Attendees: You MUST have a ticket to enter. No exceptions. That includes guests. A Will Call table will be set up in the front for guest ticket drop-off, if needed.
NOTE - Fill out the FRONT of your ticket BEFORE you arrive to help speed up check-in.
