Your weekly dose of Roars, Recaps & Reminders!
Hi Lions,

Why do I run late? I get distracted by my own brilliance…and then forget what I was doing.

ROAR STOPPER ALERT!  Halloween is over. The candy is gone (mostly). We’ve survived the week of ghosts, glue guns, and sugar-fueled chaos…and now we’re charging into November with the determination of a Lion who’s had just enough caffeine to be dangerous. We’ve got preschoolers to screen, raffles to win, and rivalries to fuel. Buckle up, Lions… it’s about to get loud, proud, and maybe a little bit ridiculous.

Location: GuadalaHarry’s Bar & Grill – Downtown Conroe

THIS WEEK’S PROGRAM:  Diabetic Essay Scholarship Contest  November is Diabetes Awareness Month, and we’re celebrating the smart way-with our Annual Diabetic Essay Scholarship Contest! High school seniors will take the mic, deliver their essays, and remind us why they’re the future (and we’re just trying to keep up with the group text). It’s inspiring, heartwarming, and probably the most wholesome thing you’ll do all week.

The Hannahgram:  Chaos and Accidental Brilliance
This week, I’ve been fully employed in the high-stakes fields of “judging my own life choices” and “perfecting the art of snack timing.” Still, I somehow manage to look busy, act professional on Zoom calls with my plants, and convince the world I have a plan…or at least a vague strategy that sounds impressive.
