DISTRICT CONVENTION RECAP - Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the District Convention a success! It was a great weekend filled with fellowship, learning, and lots of Lions spirit. Awards were given to some of our very own, Ladoris Cates, Shelia Thomas, and they even Wes Carr. We are proud of those Lions and proud to be part of such an active and dedicated district.
TLC Work Weekend – Saturday, May 3rd - It’s Go Time! Our Texas Lions Camp Work Weekend is this Saturday, May 3rd. This is an important service opportunity, and we need all hands on deck. Please use this TLC Sign-Uplink so we can get jobs lined up for everyone. Join us as we get the camp ready for a fantastic summer season for the kids! Reminder - we'll have a short meeting after club this week for a brief run down for the weekend.
Golf Tournament – Mark Your Calendars! Get ready for ‘A Wild West Shootout’ at our annual Golf Tournament on Thursday, May 22nd at Walden Golf Course! It's a big tournament with an AM Flight: 8:00 AM
and PM Flight: 2:00 PM. Community Partners: Keep an eye on your mailboxes for your event letters. We also need door prizes, goodie bag stuffers, and volunteers for the day. Sign up here to be part of the FUN!
Program This Week – New Member Induction - We are excited to officially welcome our newest Lions during this week’s meeting! PDG Rick Reynolds will be leading the ceremony. Please make an extra effort to attend and show your support for our newest members as they begin their journey in service with us.
