🏀 Tip-Off

Hey Lions,
Well, the weather held up, our volunteers showed up, and another CNLC Clay Shoot is officially in the books! 🎯
We had a great morning out at Blackwood Gun Club with plenty of fun on the courses, some BIG winners, and a whole lot of raffle tickets sold!
Events like this don't just happen, so a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the day a success—our shooters, sponsors, scorekeepers, volunteers, raffle ticket buyers, and everyone working behind the scenes.🩷

🏁 The Amazing Race is ON!

CNLC Fall Membership Drive

Start your engines, Lions! 🏎️💨

Our Fall Membership Drive is officially underway, and this year we're turning it into The Amazing Race!

We've divided the club into three teams based on the badge boxes, and this week you'll meet your Team Captain and find out exactly where your race is headed. But you don't have to wait to get started!

👋 Bring a guest to lunch.
📝 Work on those membership applications.
🦁 Think about someone who would make a great Lion.

Every new guest and prospective member can help move your team—and CNLC—closer to the Winner's Circle! 🏁

So check your team, meet your captain, and let the race begin!

🦁 P&S Meeting This Wednesday

Our District Presidents & Secretaries Meeting is this Wednesday at China Bear 7PM.
If you'd like to tag along and see what's happening around District 2-S2, this is your chance! (Details about dinner before and carpool announced at club or contact me!)

🎀 This Week's Program – Breast Cancer Awareness

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, making this week's program especially timely.
We'll welcome Dr. Pamela Schlembach, who will speak with us about Breast Cancer Awareness.
This is an important topic that has touched the lives of so many of our members, families and friends, and we're looking forward to hearing from Dr. Schlembach this Wednesday.

🏀 Coach's Corner

This week’s program hits a little closer to home for me.
As many of you know, we recently lost Andrew’s mom. What some of you may not know is that she was also a breast cancer survivor. ❤️
So as we recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month and welcome Dr. Schlembach this week, I’ll be thinking about her—and about all the women and families who have been touched by this disease.
If there’s one thing I hope we take away from Wednesday, it’s a reminder not to put our own health at the bottom of the list.
Schedule the mammogram. Make the appointment. Encourage someone you love to do the same.
Here’s to the survivors, those still fighting, and those we carry with us. 🎀

See you Wednesday, Lions!

Yours in Service,
Madi Perry
