Calling all Lions....

here's what you need to know about the DD&A!

• Tickets – Tickets are here and available for purchase – NO tickets will be sold after Friday, Feb. 7^th – they $125 each, they will be at the club for those who need to purchase. 
• Community Partners – IMPORTANT – Get your RSVP’s in ASAP!  The deadline for partners to RSVP is Monday, Feb. 3^rd.  We MUST know if you are coming as we need time to get you your tickets. Remember – NO tickets will be issued after Friday, Feb. 7th.  And there is NO ADMISSION without a ticket!!
• Lion Volunteers – Help is needed to put on this big event – click here to sign up for where you would like to help; we need set-up & tear-down, auction, and decorating.  To put on this BIG event we need everyone’s help! 
• WORKDAY - remember on Wednesday, Feb. 12^th – that will be our WORKDAY!   We won’t have a ‘regular’ meeting, instead we ask that you come help us get ready – we’ll need members helping with assembling auction items, working on the stage & entrances, and putting together table decorations. There’s something for everyone – MEN TOO! We’ll even have a pizza lunch at NOON!
• AUCTION ITEMS – BIG & small – we are still running short on Auction Items!   PLEASE – think about the places you do business who might want to give, or if you want to promo your business, or if you have a 'gift' you want to ‘re-gift’.  We will even accept $$ and our auction committee can purchase an items and put you & your business name on that item; we'll even BILL you!  NO Auction items will be accepted after Friday, Feb. 7th - that is unless it's a car, yacht, or Rolex.   PLEASE - get those AUCTION ITEMS!!
• PLUS – two of our biggest items is the ‘Booze Barrell’ and the ‘Wine Rack’ – so we ask you to fill them up, bring a bottle of SOMETHING – the more we have the more $$$ it brings. PLEASE – see Amanda Anders, or Rich Sproba before they have a heart attack!  Remember…..it is our auction items that truly make the $$ from this EVENT!
