"Conroe Noon Lions will man fair concession booth March 24-30"

With the Dinner/Dance & Auction now in the rear view, all Lion eyes are looking ahead towards the Montgomery County Fair, and it is coming up fast. The fair runs March 23 through April 2, and the Lions Concession Stand will be open March 24 through March 30. Make sure you stop by, meet some of the Lions in the community, grab a snack, and support local Lionism.
If you’re a Lion who has been dragging your feet on getting signed up for a work shift, make sure you snag a spot as soon as possible. Remember, it is “all hands-on deck!” This past Saturday, Conroe Noon Lions partnered with one of our favorite service organizations: Sleep in Heavenly Peace for Service. Their mission is to build and deliver beds for children who don’t have a bed to sleep in. Combining what each organization does best, beds were built for the CNLC sponsored bunk house at Texas Lions Camp. Big thanks go out to Will Warren, a Conroe Noon Lion and Co-Founder and Co-President of the Montgomery County Chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, for connecting us to such a great organization.
